Welcome to School #2!
It is my pleasure to take care of your children. Together, we will make sure they have a happy, healthy school year!
Just a few friendly reminders:
-We are a Nut Aware school. Please do not send any food containing nuts to school. Thank you for helping us keep our school safe!
-Please remember to call my office when your child will be absent.
-Physical forms are required for all 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade students, as well as students who are new to our school. Please submit the mandated NYS health forms via email, Parent Portal or send in a hard copy to the nurse.
-All 6th grade students are required to get the Tdap vaccine. Please make an appointment with your child’s health care provider so that your child can receive this mandated immunization.
-Any food/drink items being sent into the classroom for a celebration must be store bought, pre-packaged, labeled and approved by the school nurse prior to going into the classroom.
